Full-Time Nanny (18-Month-Old)
Position: Full-Time Nanny
Schedule:Monday- Friday : 8:30-4:30
Location: In-home
Child: One child, 18 months old
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny to care for our 18-month-old child. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about toddler development, with a strong focus on safety, routine, and age-appropriate learning through play.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide loving, attentive care to an 18-month-old toddler
Ensure the child’s safety at all times
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that support development (reading, music, outdoor play, sensory activities, etc.)
Support developmental milestones such as language development, motor skills, and social interaction
Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the child
Follow and maintain daily routines (meals, naps, playtime)
Diapering, potty-training support when appropriate, and maintaining hygiene
Light child-related housekeeping (cleaning toys, child’s dishes, laundry, tidying play areas)
Take the child on walks or outings (parks, classes, etc., if approved by parents)
Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s day, progress, and any concerns
Qualifications
Prior experience caring for toddlers (18 months–2 years preferred)
Knowledge of early childhood development
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to follow parental preferences and routines
Positive, patient, and energetic demeanor
Early childhood education background
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience with sleep schedules and toddler transitions
Compensation & Benefits
30-35 per hour
200 Health Care Stipend
