Position: Au Pair / Live-in Childcare Provider Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (occasional weekend help if needed) Location: Colorado, USA About the Role: We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable au pair to provide overnight childcare for a lively 3-year-old. My child is autistic, full of energy, and very loving. Bedtime can sometimes be challenging, so this role is best for someone with patience, creativity, and experience working with children who need a little extra support. Duties: * Evening routine: playtime, winding down, dinner assistance, and bedtime support * Helping with bath, brushing teeth, pajamas, and settling into bed * Comforting and redirecting if bedtime is difficult or if the child wakes during the night * Ensuring the child is safe and cared for overnight * Light morning routine (helping with breakfast, dressing, etc. before parent returns from work) * Occasionally assisting on weekends if extra coverage is needed
