**_Sr. Investigator for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC)_** **_RESPONSIBILITES:_** + Responsible for conducting and supporting internal investigations. + Reporting to the General Counsel - Anticorruption. + Conduct and support internal investigations of potentially reportable incidents under the DPA, at the direction of in-house or external counsel. + Prepare investigation plans at the direction of counsel and execute to those plans. + Collaborate with the Investigations Center of Excellence on tracking the status of potentially reportable incidents in the investigations management platform (HR Acuity). + Preserve and collect relevant electronically stored information in compliance with Honeywell policies and procedures. + Conduct witness interviews of Honeywell employees or third parties and draft interview summaries. + Support presentations to internal stakeholders on the DPA Committee regarding potentially reportable incidents. **_YOU MUST HAVE:_** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in any field and 7 years of experience conducting complex, cross-border internal investigations at large corporations. + Must have 5 years of experience with the following: ability to conduct internal investigations; experience with document review platforms and forensic IT tools; proficiency in open source business intelligence research; and experience drafting confidential investigation reports and interview memoranda. + Must have 2 years of experience with the following: experience conducting investigations in the context of a DPA/Monitorship; and understanding of and practical experience with ensuring the maintenance of attorney-client privilege in the context of internal investigations. + Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. + Up to 5-10% domestic and international travel required. **_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_** + Job Site: Charlotte, NC + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
