We are hiring now for Seasonal Installers / Decorators- Holiday Lighting & Décor to join our dedicated team that specializes in transforming homes and businesses into festive, welcoming spaces for the holiday season. This is a seasonal position running through the end of February with the potential for year-round employment in other areas of the company.

Our Seasonal Installer / Decorator role requires regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including cold temperatures. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions. The schedule is 7:45am start until job completion with possibility of overtime and Saturday hours as needed.

Responsibilities for our Seasonal Installer / Decorator:

•  Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Ensuring equipment and materials are ready for daily projects.
• Install holiday lights and décor efficiently and safely on a variety of properties.
• Demonstrate and apply decorating techniques for lighting bushes, windows, trees, etc.
• Operate trucks, trailers, and bucket trucks as required for installations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, jobsites, and shop areas.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members.

Requirements for our Seasonal Installer / Decorator :

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and some Saturdays.
• Good manual dexterity & excellent stamina.
• Ability to do the following:
  • Walk, stand, and crouch for extended periods.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Work with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment.
  • Work safely in a fast-moving environment near heavy equipment and vehicles.
  • Work at heights of 12 feet or more.
  • Work outside in weather conditions including cold, snow, rain, wind, dust & noise.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow instructions & complete reports.
