Responsibilities: (All Levels)
Create engaging visual designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, branding, and marketing materials
Collaborate with team members to develop concepts and design solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Support the development of branding guidelines and style consistency
Revise and refine designs based on feedback
Maintain organized files and digital assets
Stay current with design trends and software updates
Ensure all designs align with project specifications and brand standards
For Experienced Candidates:
Lead complex design projects from concept to completion
Mentor junior designers or interns
Develop innovative visual strategies to enhance brand identity
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce cohesive campaigns
Assist in implementing new design tools and workflows for remote teams
Qualifications: (No Experience Needed)
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills
Basic proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or alternative tools (Canva, Figma)
Good communication skills and ability to interpret feedback
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools
Entry-Level (2+ Years of Relevant Experience):
2+ years of remote graphic design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
