Pay range $75,000 - $80,000

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Collaborate – Partner with Regional Managers and site leadership to ensure efficient, effective operations across multiple communities.
  • Drive Performance – Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and use data to drive smart, strategic decisions.
  • Streamline Operations – Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Standardize & Optimize – Create and maintain operational tools, checklists, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations.
  • Coach & Develop Talent – Mentor management teams, support performance growth, and help foster a high-engagement culture.
  • Elevate Training & Support – Lead platform launches, coordinate training efforts, and ensure operational staff is empowered with the tools they need.
  • Champion Communication – Deliver crafted guest communication training and ensure a consistent, service-focused tone across all teams.
  • Ensure Compliance – Uphold company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements with integrity and precision.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with HR, Finance, and Marketing teams to align on company-wide initiatives and long-term success.
  • Lead Recruitment Strategy – Partner with HR to support talent acquisition efforts and build strong, capable teams in each region.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced & Insightful – Proven track record as a Regional Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinker – Ability to interpret complex data and use it to guide operational decisions and process improvements.
  • Strong Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Team Builder – Able to motivate, mentor, and lead teams while fostering a positive, value-driven culture.
  • Operationally Savvy – Deep understanding of operational best practices, field processes, and industry trends.
  • Tech Proficient – Skilled in Microsoft Office and business platforms related to operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • B.A. or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related industry.
  • Proven measurable success in revenue generation in or out of the industry.
  • Interest in questioning existing practices and willingness to research, evaluate and promote new practices.
  • Strong communicator, both written and orally. Highly professional demeanor and enthusiastic energy level.
