Job Title: Medical Specialist – AI Training (Remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced medical specialists to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects. In this role, you will leverage your medical expertise to help fine-tune large language models and ensure AI outputs meet rigorous standards of accuracy, safety, and empathy.
Responsibilities:
Design and solve advanced medical problems, from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical case reviews.
Review AI-generated answers, assessing their accuracy, reasoning, and clarity.
Identify knowledge gaps and edge cases, proposing improvements to enhance model performance.
Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods and evaluation strategies.
Provide structured feedback and insights that guide the development of next-generation AI for medicine.
Qualifications:
Completed medical school and actively practiced in the last 3+ years.
Specialization in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine preferred.
Relevant professional qualification and license in your specialty or subspecialty (e.g., Board Certification in the US).
Strong knowledge of core medical subjects: anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine.
Skilled at explaining complex medical concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of medical-related software/tools is a plus (e.g., DICOM viewers, electronic health records, medical simulation software).
Requirements:
Minimum commitment of 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week (with 4 hours overlap with PST).
Contract duration: 1 month, with potential extension based on performance and project needs.
Engagement type: Contractor / Freelancer (no paid medical leave).
