Cannon Law, LLC is a growing law firm located in Chicago. We’re looking for a hardworking legal assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Illinois Workers’ Compensation cases, medical records retrieval and management, excellent phone skills, be well-organized and have the drive to take on new responsibilities and projects. They must also be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with Zoom, Webex, CompFile, and Smokeball are beneficial.
To be successful here, you need to possess high ethical standards and the ability to work with grace and a sense of humor, while also handling a high volume of work in a sometimes-demanding environment. You must possess the desire and ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
In this position, you work alongside our workers’ compensation team and will responsible for the following tasks and more:
