Join Our Team as a Human Resource Assistant We’re seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency are key. Regular and timely attendance, a cooperative and polite approach when working with others, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Your Impact as a Human Resource Assistant

• Support HR Coordinator with new hire onboarding, pay rate changes, and termination processing.
• Review applications and resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Assist departments with personnel/payroll inquiries and advise on HR procedures related to employee records.
• Act as liaison between staff and departments, providing consultation on employment matters (transfers, promotions/demotions, reductions-in-force, etc.).
• Coordinate and oversee employee events in alignment with Employee Recognition Guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain personnel and risk management files, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Compose confidential correspondence and perform accurate data entry. • Interpret and apply company policies, as well as state and federal employment laws.
• Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to comply with company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
