Our roles are flexible, and we value your experience and expertise **As a Home Care Aide, you'll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:** + Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning + Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals + Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments **Qualifications:** + Valid driver's license + Access to insured and reliable transportation + Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training _Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview._ *$500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible applicants and current caregivers who transition into the Home Health Aide (HHA) role between 11/1/2025 and 3/31/2026. To qualify, HHAs must complete all required online and in-person training and work a minimum of 80 HHA hours. Caregiver must be actively employed and in good standing (not on a disciplinary action plan) at the time of bonus payout. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements.
