Job Description

Genesys Developer Role 
Location: Charlotte or Detroit
Hybrid model – 3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI.
Rate: 70-75/hr on W2/C2C
Interview Process:
Zoom panel interview.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support evolving IVR and Web Messaging solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and assist in defining acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with teams like Middleware and Salesforce.
  • Write and execute test plans in an Agile environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required Skills:
  • Genesys Cloud CX Architect for IVR development.
  • Experience with outbound predictive dialers and IVR dialers.
  • API/Web Service integration (REST, GraphQL, JSON).
  • Authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
  • Configuration of agent desktop scripts, data tables, schedules.
Preferred Skills:
  • NLU/Voice Bot (e.g., Dialogflow, Genesys Dialog Engine, Amazon Lex).
  • Genesys WFM and Reporting.
  • Cyara tools, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong documentation and technical collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to guide stakeholders with best practices.
