Low volume quality-based physician group (#1 ranked in Central Florida) seeks 4 Family Medicine Physicians in The Villages, FL!(45 minutes from Orlando and 20 minutes to Ocala)

About the group:

• 9 locations
• 650 team members
• 10 years in practice
• 42 primary care providers, that work in teams of 12-15
• 150 clinicians total
• #1 ranked physician group in Central FL

This Role - Family Medicine Physician:

• 12 patients per day
• Mon-fri, 8 hour days
• No productivity requirements
• Each IM and FM has their own PA
• Very nice buildings and environment in effort to make patients feel comfortable.
• Call is 1x every 13 weeksand it's only 1-3 calls per week, on that week.

Background Family Medicine Physician desired:

• Quality driven provider, not a provider wanting to see lots of patients and make tons of money.
• No experience needed!
• Someone that can work well in a 12-15 person team a team player with good emotional intelligence / good people skills.
• Family Medicine Physician - must be BC.
• Must have a work of history of staying in previous positions for 3 years or more
