Key Responsibilities
Assist project managers in planning and executing project tasks.
Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Maintain project documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
