Our mission is to connect our clients’ causes with the public through direct, face-to-face outreach. By cultivating meaningful conversations and building lasting relationships in our local communities, we help our clients raise awareness, increase donor engagement, and generate critical funding to support their missions.
We are seeking passionate, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Nonprofit Outreach Coordinators . In this role, you will be the face and voice of inspiring nonprofit initiatives, helping to bring their messages directly to the public through engaging event-based marketing campaigns.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference, grow their communication and public relations skills, and work alongside a team of mission-driven professionals.
Represent nonprofit clients at various in-person outreach events in high-traffic public areas (e.g., community centers, festivals, retail locations)
Educate community members about the missions and programs of our nonprofit clients
Inspire individuals to get involved through awareness, donations, and ongoing support
Build trust and rapport with community members through meaningful conversations
Assist in planning and executing local outreach campaigns and fundraising events
Maintain accurate records of interactions and contributions
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and revenue goals
Passion for nonprofit work and social impact
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public
No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship
