What You'll Do: - Lead and Inspire: Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goals
- Lead Global: Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development.
- Develop Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance.
- Collaborate: Work closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software.
- Innovate: Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Report: Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency.
Who You Are: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement. You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
For This Role, You Will Need: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience: Proven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Skills: Strong knowledge of embedded systems, software development lifecycle, and unit, integration, and system test methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, DevOp, and automated testing frameworks.
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: - Experience with Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance.
- Experience leading an embedded product development team
