An ideal candidate will bring the skills and aptitude necessary to manage the increasing complexity of the company’s global operations driven by the company’s continued expansion. Success in this role will provide opportunities for increased levels of responsibility within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices and handle new customer set-up
• Manage client annual renewals process.
• Review revenue recognized under ASC 606, including overall contract evaluation.
• Review customer contracts to create billing and revenue recognition schedules.
• Participate in the month-end close process, including reconciling revenue-related general ledger accounts.
• Support tax & audit compliance by compiling and preparing information as requested.
• Assist with the financial integration of acquired companies, including exposure to purchase accounting and operational integration.
• Champion process improvements for finance systems (Sage Intacct, OpenAir, Salesforce).
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing, invoices, etc.
• Assist critical projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline required
• 2-years prior experience in accounting / finance
• 1 year of ASC 606 experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
