Established Law Firm in Northwest Suburbs concentrating in Family Law and Probate looking for an Associate Attorney.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Family Law, Real Estate and Probate. This role involves legal research, negotiation and client advocacy. You will work closely with the senior attorney in a collaborative environment.
- U.S. Work Authorization Required
- Must have an active Illinois law license
- Candidates must be able to commute to Park Ridge, Il 60068
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in depth legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorney on complex legal matters.
- Maintain organized case documentation.
- Stay currant with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Illinois State Bar (Required).
- Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Family Law, and Probate is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a law office is preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
