The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural practices and a proven track record in sales within the agriculture industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the agricultural sector.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that address the unique needs of agricultural clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Vocational Tech, Associates or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
• Deep understanding of agricultural practices, challenges, and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
