**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will work in a fabrication shop, specializing in welding materials with precision and skill. You will utilize your expertise in fabrication, MIG welding, and stainless steel to meet project specifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding tasks on various materials in a fabrication shop environment. + Utilize MIG welding techniques to ensure strong and durable welds. + Work with stainless steel and other metals to fabricate components according to project requirements. + Interpret and work from blueprints to execute welding projects accurately. + Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate project needs. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. + Ability to work with stainless steel and other metals. + Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Strong listening and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of fabrication processes. + Attention to detail and precision in welding. **Work Environment** The work environment is a fabrication shop where you will be surrounded by various metals and materials. You will be expected to wear appropriate safety gear and adhere to safety protocols while working in a hands-on, collaborative setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pell City, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
