About You: You bring at least three years of warehouse experience (trades background preferred) and possess the following qualities:

• Mechanically Inclined: Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Accountable: You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and never make excuses
• Physically Fit: Able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and stay on your feet for extended periods
• ServiceTitan Experience: A plus, but not required

What You’ll Be Doing As Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving and storing inventory
• Coordinate delivery of equipment and parts to field technicians
• Manage inventory levels in the warehouse and on service trucks, conducting regular cycle counts
• Supervise maintenance and repairs for company vehicles and equipment
• Use ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain stock levels
• Approve invoices to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
• Perform general warehouse duties (loading/unloading, organizing work areas) as needed
• Lead and mentor a small warehouse team, fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license w/ good driving record.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Above average time management and organizational skills
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
