Talentify.io is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time contract basis. What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff members efficiently.
• Gain knowledge and proficiency in healthcare services to effectively assist members and clients.
• Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences.
• Perform administrative office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and processing payments.

What Is Required (Qualifications):

• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy and Security Courses.
• Strong phone, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service within a healthcare-related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
