This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UX Designer in the United States .

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences for a high-traffic B2B platform. You will lead user research initiatives, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and create wireframes and prototypes that enhance usability and engagement. This role allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to ensure design decisions are informed by real user needs. You will leverage a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, staying current with UX best practices and emerging tools, including AI-powered design solutions. The position offers opportunities to influence product strategy, optimize user journeys, and directly impact business outcomes, all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Accountabilities

  • Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observation to uncover user needs and behaviors.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and information architectures to identify pain points and optimize experiences.
  • Design and prototype wireframes and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes for validation and testing.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on findings to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document and present research findings, user personas, and design recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Explore and implement emerging tools and methodologies to improve UX workflows and research capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, user-centered design, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.
  • Skilled in user research methods, usability testing, user journey mapping, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with end users and present findings effectively.
  • Ability to balance multiple research initiatives and adapt methodologies to different user groups.
  • Preferred: Experience with agile research processes, behavioral psychology, startup environments, and remote user testing.
