Job Description

1. Handle the entire recruitment process — from sourcing to placement for US-based clients.
2. Understand and analyze job descriptions (JDs) shared by clients or account managers.
3. Source candidates using US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn , etc.
4. Perform Boolean searches , headhunting, and passive candidate sourcing.
5. Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status (C2C, W2, 1099).
6. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations .
7. Maintain candidate and client data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
8. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
9. Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client needs.
10. Ensure compliance with US labor laws , company policies, and contract terms.
11. Work in night shifts (India time) to align with US business hours.
12. Maintain daily/weekly reports on hiring progress, submittals, and closures.
13. Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
