THE GIST:

Our client, an established real estate development firm, seeks an expert Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This role will lead recruitment strategy & execution at all levels across the firm. The ideal candidate has demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment processes, and team leadership. College recruitment/Handshake experience a plus!

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firm's goals and growth objectives
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruitment professionals
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources to forecast staffing needs and design tailored recruitment initiatives for different departments
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding
  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, candidate-centric, and aligned with the company’s values and goals
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract diverse talent pools, ensuring a balanced representation across all levels
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure recruitment needs are met promptly and effectively
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, compensation guidelines, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment challenges
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, diversity metrics) to ensure continuous improvement
  • Develop and present reports to the Director of HR, providing insight into recruitment trends and resource needs
  • Promote the employer brand, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage recruitment marketing initiatives, including job fairs, social media engagement, and partnerships with external organizations

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ years of experience in TA management
  • College recruitment/Handshake experience a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully leading recruiting teams
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making
