Job Description:

• Lead and manage the technical execution of migrating Tableau reports, dashboards, and data sources to AWS QuickSight.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing reporting requirements and ensure equivalent or improved functionality in QuickSight.
• Analyze existing Tableau assets to identify data sources, calculations, filters, parameters, and visualizations for accurate replication.
• Design scalable, optimized, and secure QuickSight datasets, dashboards, and visuals aligned with business needs.
• Oversee and contribute to development activities including data preparation (ETL/ELT), transformation, and integration using AWS services (e.g., Athena, Glue, Redshift, S3).
• Define best practices and development standards for BI reporting within QuickSight.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Lead code reviews, testing, and validation processes.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Provide regular project status updates and resolve technical blockers as they arise.
