What You'll Do:
* Lead and manage surveying projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and precision.
* Supervise and mentor a team of survey professionals, fostering their growth and development.
* Develop project scopes, manage budgets, and ensure timelines are met.
* Maintain and build strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and success.
What You Bring:
* Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (RLS)
* 10+ years of land surveying experience with strong project management skills
* Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D
* A track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
