Structural Welder
Pay: $22/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a dynamic fabrication team in Sapulpa, OK. This is a safety-sensitive position involving the operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, and automated machinery. Candidates must demonstrate precision welding skills and the ability to adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize appropriate welding techniques for structural fabrication.
Calibrate and set up welding equipment per welding procedure specifications.
Perform fillet, tack, and full-penetration welds on steel structural joints using GMAW and FCAW processes.
Clean and grind materials post-weld as needed.
Set up equipment and weld in multiple positions.
Operate material-handling equipment including overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and dollies.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Report any equipment or product defects to a supervisor immediately.
Maintain a professional and safety-focused demeanor at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of welding experience or graduate of a welding school .
Proficiency in setting up and operating various welding and cutting equipment, including oxygen/fuel gas and plasma cutting systems, as well as AC/DC welders.
Ability to pass the required welding qualification test .
