Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, and the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries and will be in a high exposure role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness

• Perform account reconciliations and analysis

• Support and help lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support business objectives

• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3-5+ years of hands-on accounting experience

• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

• Strong Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
