**The** **Senior Systems Management Analyst** **will works closely with a team of IT professionals in support of Reliant Medical Group's Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR; clinical module called EpicCare) and Optimization Team.**
**You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Supports clinical and optimization projects as they roll up to the overall organizational goals
+ Supports system and workflows for the successful delivery of goals and initiatives in the area of clinical Epic support

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
+ Must possess an Epic Certification
+ 3+ years of experience in systems implementation and managed healthcare experience with the ability to develop and apply system solutions to operational requirements
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field
+ EpicCare, Order Transmittal, CareEverywhere or Healthy Planet certification preferred but not limited to
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Uses established procedures, self- driven and able to prioritize and multi-task
+ Demonstrates self-motivation, is goal-oriented, and shows initiative with minimal supervision
+ Excellent analytical, technical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and team skills
+ Ability to work Hybrid to the Worcester, MA office preferred

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
