Job Title: ServiceNow Onsite Consultant/Developer/Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration, combined with the ability to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, and ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules .
• Create and manage ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise tools using APIs, web services, and integration hubs.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.
• Ensure platform stability, compliance, and best practices.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or consulting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Catalog Items, and Workflows .
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory) and exposure to ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC (preferred).
• Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS, CAD, ITSM) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Scoped Applications, UI Builder, App Engine Studio, or Performance Analytics .
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and migration projects .
