Salary: $89,700 - 162,150 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior experience related to EVMS analysis
• Advanced expertise using OPDEC IPM or Deltek Cobra
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, Lookups, etc.)
• US citizenship is required and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute EVMS policies and practices.
• Support internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews in coordination with the Director of Surveillance.
• Develop, implement, train, and maintain EVMS processes and tools.
• Support the organization's EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy.
• Assist programs in operational decisions and provide advice for enhancing project portfolio performance.
• Align and integrate material management and manufacturing practices with scheduling and EVMS best practices for improved program management solutions.
• Use expert domain knowledge and professional principles to develop advanced concepts, techniques, solutions, and standards.
• Provide support to the EVM Team and assist in issue identification and resolution.
• Interface significantly with Program Managers, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, and other organizations.
• Participate in new business proposals by addressing EVMS requirements, schedule support, and providing input for cost volumes to management.

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Program EVMS Analyst to support our Hypersonic Portfolio of programs within the Aerospace Systems Business Area of our Defense Systems Sector. This exciting role provides direct Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) leadership and contributions to critical programs and related portfolios. I am looking for an experienced EVM analyst and leader who understands inter-company functional relationships and can successfully interface with program finance analysts, schedulers, Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and line executives.

In this position, I expect you to provide hands-on EVM support to programs while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and organizational policies and procedures. You will be instrumental in establishing, maintaining, and growing key government customer relationships while driving program growth and executing the Business Plan. This role will also be part of our Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) Center of Excellence, a team dedicated to the core responsibilities of scheduling, planning, EVMS, and related infrastructure and tools.

The pay range for this position is $89,700.00 - $162,150.00. This pay range is a guideline and does not guarantee compensation or salary. Additional factors such as responsibilities of the job, education, experience, and skills will be considered in extending an offer.
