Insight Global is seeking a full-time ICC Certified Senior Building Inspector to join the Building & Safety group of a large engineering consulting services company in the Orange County area. This individual will support local cities within this region on inspections of commercial and residential properties to ensure building plans, specifications, and drawings comply with California building codes and regulations. This role will require extensive interactions with general contractors, city employees, engineers, and other public agencies. We are looking for an individual with a solutions-oriented mindset who can effectively establish and maintain effective working relationships with these individuals. The ability to work independently to perform all building structural, plumbing, electrical, sewerage, and heating system inspections for safety and specification compliance without assistance is crucial for this role.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of Municipal Building Inspection experience within the State of California
- Minimum of an ICC Commercial Building Inspector License and Residential Inspector License or ICC Combination Inspector License
- Strong knowledge of California Building Codes and Regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High School Diploma or equivalent
