Senior Building Automation Technician

Direct Hire | Blaine, MN | $80,000k –$100,000k

We’re looking for an experienced Building Automation Technician to join a growing team and support construction projects from design handoff through commissioning. This is a hands-on role that includes programming, system integration, commissioning, and customer training, with opportunities for leadership growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Program, test, and commission DDC control/automation systems.
• Work with Project Managers and electricians to deliver systems on time and to spec.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with commissioning authorities.
• Assist in developing and mentoring other BAS technicians.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in building automation (hardware, software, VFDs, control networks, IoT).
• Tridium N4 Certification (Siemens Design experience a plus; training available).
• Proficient with laptops and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently when needed.
