**Austin Industrial** is currently seeking a **Scaffold Builder** to join our staff located at **Franklin, VA.** They must be able to construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding or other temporary structures. Other duties may be assigned.
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Follow all safety rules and practices.
+ Erecting and Dismantling Scaffolding
+ Supporting Mill Operations
+ Collaborating with Maintenance Teams
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience - 2 + years' experience in industrial or manufacturing environment, specifically within Pulp or Power operations.
+ The ability to read, write, and speak English
+ Must be a self-starter and meet mill and department objectives.
**Requirements** **:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid Driver's License
+ Meet physical demands as listed above
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
+ Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed by the assigned location
