The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement in human performance within our organization. This role will involve developing and implementing safety programs, training employees on best practices, and conducting investigations into incidents to prevent future occurrences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization Provide training to employees on human performance best practices Conduct investigations into safety incidents and develop recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in the renewable energy sector Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Certification in safety management (e.g. CSP, CIH) is a plus
