Road Service Tire Technician

Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Road Service Tire Technician, you will perform essential service work including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for our customers both in-store and through mobile service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and ensuring safety at all times.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing for customer vehicles.
Provide mobile and roadside service for tire inspections and repairs.
Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic and speed regulations.
Participate in company-provided training and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Be available for on-call and night service as scheduled.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Take on additional responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with heavy-duty and commercial tires, especially mounting and dismounting, is required.
Requirements:
Minimum age of 18.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
