As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll be part of our Trip Interaction team, which is responsible for ensuring our customers have all they need during their ride. This includes our current service on the streets of Hamburg, as well as cities in a global market that we will serve in an autonomous Mobility-as-a service licensing setup with our B2B or B2G customers.
Your team is handling the entire part of the user journey starting after a successful booking and ending once the rider has reached their final destination. First step is the authentication at the autonomous vehicle through different technologies. Once the rider has entered the vehicle, your team provides real-time information and educational material, rider guidance and relevant trip updates throughout the service experience. In the autonomous service, the app acts as a digital companion to guide and support riders throughout their journey, ensuring a safe, smooth, and enjoyable trip experience. What this team does is essential when ensuring a high level of trust and reliability for all passengers. In this position, you will be working at the forefront of increasing the acceptance and satisfaction of autonomous mobility from rider and app side.
