Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Release Manager ServiceNow Applications to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the solution design, implementation, deployment, installation, provisioning, troubleshooting, reporting, and oversight for cloud SaaS and specialized applications that are SaaS or IaaS/PaaS hosted implementations such as ServiceNow Applications

• Develop DevOps Pipelines using industry standard CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitbucket etc with Github Repositories

• Build artifacts and manage releases as per Sprint schedules

• Maintains a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts evidenced by 5+ years of experience and/or obtainment of technical competency through recognized industry certifications.

• Performs cloud design and implements configurations to meet program and customer needs

• Develops, implements, and oversees policies and procedures to ensure consistent cloud environment provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance, and data protection

• Evaluates and analyzes systems, performance, issues, and metrics to provide recommendations for service improvements

• Creates and maintains SaaS system configuration and management standards, policies, processes, system documentation and disaster recovery plans relating to cloud environments

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant Release Management experience using ServiceNow Applications

• 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies

• The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business

• Associate level cloud certification

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
