Job Title: Regional Operations Manager – Hotels

Compensation: $105K - $120K Total Compensation Package

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple hotel properties. This leadership role is essential in shaping operational strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving financial success across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a focus on team development, and a proven ability to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Direct daily operations across multiple hotel properties to ensure smooth functioning and consistent execution of company policies.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics, optimize efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct property visits regularly, provide hands-on support, and resolve operational concerns proactively.

Leadership and Development

  • Lead and inspire property teams, creating a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to sustain company growth and uphold guest-focused service standards.
  • Establish and communicate clear performance objectives, fostering collaboration and motivation across locations.

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage property operational budgets with a focus on cost control and profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic growth.
  • Implement creative revenue-generation strategies while maintaining overall financial discipline.

Guest Experience

  • Champion guest satisfaction, promoting exceptional service quality across properties.
  • Actively review guest feedback and surveys to implement enhancements and address areas of concern.
  • Resolve elevated guest issues with professionalism, ensuring long-term solutions that improve service delivery.

Strategic Operations

  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to establish both short- and long-term growth strategies.
  • Support new property launches, remodels, or branding initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to apply best practices and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in hospitality operations, with at least 5 years managing multiple hotel properties or regional management responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams across diverse locations.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Technology Skills: Knowledge of property management systems (PMS), revenue management tools, and operational technology.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in making efficient, data-driven decisions to address complex operational challenges.
