Job Description

Matthew Doyle & David Goodrowe joined forces and founded Doyle | Goodrowe (D|G) in 2016. Since then they have quickly become among the top 1% of real estate agents in Atlanta and among the top 1.5% of agents countrywide. David & Matt (the “Principals”) have achieved great success previously in corporate America and have applied their very high level of entrepreneurialism and professionalism to the great benefit of their real estate business.

In 2020 D|G aligned w| Compass, the largest real estate brokerage in the country and the leader in real estate tech and innovation. Since 2021 the D|G team sold & closed over $300M in real estate across it’s operations in Georgia and Florida and it is their goal to elevate their already high level of customer experience and satisfaction while significantly growing their business through the addition of this new position.

The Director of Operations will report directly to David Goodrowe, the Principal overseeing team operations. The Director of Operations will work directly w| the Principals on all D|G real estate operations to create smooth and efficient work-flows and checklists for all the team’s real estate activities. There will be a heavy emphasis on listing operations, lead tracking | management and team management

LISTING OPERATIONS | CLIENT SERVICES

- Serve as client success manager ensuring the highest level of service is delivered at all touchpoints

- Work w| Team Principals to create and implement checklists + processes for all D|G listings 

- Utilize Compass Tools to manage and track checklists and projects

- Ensure seamless launch of all aspects of D|G listings or co-listings (as assigned)

- Oversee all input + management of listings in FMLS and GAMLS

- Lead weekly Listings + Buyers Priority Meeting w| Principals overviewing pending items related to clients

- Manage all aspects of Just Listed | Under Contract | Just Closed listing checklists and timelines

- Initiate client communication “kick-off” once listing is secured

- Lead process of drafting + obtaining all signed listing paperwork from Sellers

- Coordinate all open houses, appointments, showings, inspections + appraisals w| listing agents + clients

- Coordination Open Houses, Showingtime + Lockbox Management

- Input listings and contract info into the internal systems as required

- Work w| Team’s Contract-to-Close Coordinator + Principal to ensure all contract deadlines are met

- Create + ensure listings’ marketing timelines are met by working w| internal + external marketing resources

- Continually update Compass Business Tracker system through all steps of listing process

- Periodically check to ensure listings are being properly presented and maintain collateral inventory

- Ensure Principals are prepared for listing presentations

- Work w| internal marketing resources to create and distribute 30 | 90-day listing reports

- Maintain D|G vendor list + coordinate vendors associated w| D|G listings

- Assist w| any paperwork + amendments on an as needed basis

BUSINESS TRACKING | LEAD + DATABASE MANAGEMENT

- Establish process for Lead Tracking |Management | Reporting

- Monitor leads through all phases in the lead funnel - Assign | Input | Source | Track | Convert

- Oversee CRM systems (Compass CRM + Follow Up Boss) to ensure data is being input + tagged correctly

- Obtain reviews from past clients + keep database contacts updated

- Upload new lists to CRM as needed + tag and update contacts in CRM

- Provide analytics reports from campaigns

- Leads team’s usage and complete adoption of both Compass Tools + team tools as needed

- Works closely w| Compass AEM to roll out new tech on a regular basis to the team

- Shares team success w| tools in Sales Meetings

- Ensure all Team’s External profiles (GoogleMyBusiness, Website, Landing Pages, etc) are updated

TEAM MANAGEMENT | AGENT SERVICES

- Establish processes for on-boarding D|G Team members

- Develop + coordinate agenda for monthly sales meeting and send out meeting recap

- Work w| Operations Principal to establish and enforce team rules + guidelines

- Maintain office hours to be available for team members (as needed)

- Work w| team members to establish goals + lead monthly one-on-one accountability meetings

- Elevate any requests that need to be addressed to Principals

- Ensure quarterly + annual team sales volume goals are met

- Manage Zillow team members and Zillow growth advisor in assisting the management of Zillow program

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT | FINANCIALS

- Work w| Operating Principal to Develop Quarterly P&Ls

- Assist as needed in coordinating timely Commission payments to team members

- Extract Business Insights out of Business Tracker and share in monthly Team Leadership Meetings

REQUIREMENTS | BENEFITS
