This position is remote but you must be located in Charlotte or surrounding cities.

Founded just over a year ago, we strategically acquire distressed single-family homes and transform them through thoughtful renovations, ultimately offering quality, updated properties to the market.

In our first year of operation we successfully purchased nearly 100 homes. This rapid growth is a testament to our effective acquisition strategies and our commitment to our mission. We are now seeking a driven  Acquisition Manager  to play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious goal of acquiring 150 homes in the next 12 months. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with a proven track record and be instrumental in our continued growth and impact.

Look, we're not going to sugarcoat it: this isn't your typical 9-to-5. We're a dynamic real estate company that thrives on finding and acquiring distressed single-family homes. We're expanding our reach and need a fiercely independent and driven individual to join our team.

Here's the deal:

• 100% Commission-Based: You keep EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. of the assignment fee you generate (that’s right - name one other company that offers the same). Your earning potential is literally limitless – capped only by your drive and ability to close deals.
• Your Territory to Conquer: You'll be on the front lines, identifying and securing off-market deals through direct homeowner contact, cultivating relationships with wholesalers and realtors, and leveraging your network to uncover hidden opportunities.
• Absolute Autonomy: You'll manage your own schedule. We provide the framework and support, but you are the architect of your success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Actively sourcing distressed single-family homes through various channels (direct mail, cold calling, networking, online research, etc.).
• Building and nurturing relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, real estate agents, and other potential deal sources.
• Evaluating properties and determining their acquisition potential.
• Negotiating and securing purchase agreements.
• Working closely with our team to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 100% commission-based sales role (real estate experience is a significant plus).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A relentless drive to succeed and a hunter mentality.
• Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage your own time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
