For a limited time MaineHealth is offering $10,000.00 Sign on Bonuses for Radiation Therapists!

Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months of separation from employment.

Summary:
The Radiation Therapist I delivers routine radiation treatments under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist and in partnership with an experienced therapist. Assists with clinical set-ups and image guidance, supports patient care and room readiness, documents accurately, and escalates concerns promptly.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program; minimum of Associate’s degree required.
• License/Certifications: State license as Radiation Therapist required. ARRT-R.T.(T) certification required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
