Job Description

H&H is seeking a Project Systems & Data Administrator to support company-wide project and employee data management while gaining hands-on experience in project planning and project management support. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in growing into project planning, project controls, or project management support roles over time.

Our clients, including infrastructure owners, contractors, and colleagues, rely on us for intricate and innovative engineering solutions. We manage the entire project life cycle, from study and planning through design and construction. With over 600 employees across 30 offices nationwide, H&H efficiently handles assignments of all sizes, types, and delivery methods across the country and around the globe.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, finance staff, and leadership to maintain accurate project and employee data in our Deltek Vantagepoint system and develop reports that support staffing, workload planning, and business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (required) — degrees in IT, engineering, or unrelated technical fields are not a match for this role
  • Zero to three years of relevant experience; internships and entry-level roles welcome
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar systems (preferred)

Benefits

Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
