Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transmission and substation programmatic replacement projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Conduct site visits to substations to track project progress, validate work completion, and ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained.
• Assist in project documentation, scheduling, and reporting using Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Help maintain project budgets, timelines, and risk tracking under the supervision of senior project managers.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments, contractors, and vendors to support efficient project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols during all project phases.
• Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices within the Transmission & Substation programs.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors.
