Description of the role:
The Porter/Janitor at Milea Auto Group is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization within company facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Perform maintenance tasks such as light repairs and painting
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Assist with moving vehicles as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance role preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and dexterity for tasks such as lifting and bending
