**Job Title: Plumbing Foreman/ Entry Level Superintendent** **Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas** **Pay: Based on experience** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Plumbing Foreman/ Entry Level Superintendent in the Southwest VA region. You will oversee crews of plumbers on new construction and renovation projects. While travel up to an hour from the job site may be required, you will always return home at night. A review of compensation and eligibility for a company truck will occur after 90 days. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and manage crews of plumbers. + Oversee plumbing work on new construction and renovation projects. + Coordinate and ensure quality work in plumbing installations. + Review and interpret blueprints for plumbing projects. + Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. **Essential Skills** + Journeyman's or Master's license in Plumbing. + Experience leading crews of 2-5 people. + Proficiency in plumbing installations and pipe fitting. + Familiarity with PVC, cast iron, and piping systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial plumbing work is highly desirable. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive company culture with a steady flow of business and customers.
