We are actively seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who is passionate about community-based care and values working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic and acute conditions
Emphasize preventive care and patient education
Utilize EMR and evidence-based guidelines for efficient documentation and treatment
Participate in shared phone-only call coverage with other practices within the system
Work Monday–Friday with no inpatient or weekend requirements
MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active or eligible NY State Medical License
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care

Competitive base salary : $225,000–$300,000 based on experience
