Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our client, a Private Individual in Pebble Beach, CA. This role will cover a wide variety of tasks, including: meal preparation, cooking, baking, pet care, light housekeeping, calendar management, and scheduling. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity and be open to handling all of the required responsibilities. Looking to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities:

Household Management:

  • Apple Mac Desktop for Word and Excel; Nines software, Household Manuals, and Calendar Management
  • Updating other house-related documentation, paperwork, and record-keeping
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise contractors, vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel
  • Maintain household inventories and order supplies as needed, and pay bills
  • Ensure the residence is well-maintained, organized, and running smoothly
  • Run personal errands, manage deliveries, and help with daily to-dos

Personal Assistance:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the principal, acting as a gatekeeper and problem solver
  • Assist with restaurant reservations, appointments, scheduling, calendar management, and various tasks related to home office organization
  • Pet care
  • Offer general lifestyle and logistical support with a strong emphasis on anticipating needs
  • Other ad hoc projects as they arise

Meal Preparation

  • Grocery Stores and Farmers’ Market Shopping
  • Cooking and occasional baking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  • Doing dishes and table setting
  • Pantry Organization and Restocking

Housekeeping:

  • Provide minor housekeeping tasks 2x weekly when the housekeeper is not present. Straighten bed linens and fluff pillows, flip the mattress topper, take items from the laundry hampers to the laundry room, and empty trash.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Must have flexibility in schedule to work up to 6 weekends per year
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
  • Candidates with luxury hospitality experience are strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient with Apple products and tech-savvy
  • Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent references
  • Must be comfortable with dogs and cats

Compensation:

Up to $100k DOE, accrued PTO.

Location:

Fully in person 5 days per week. Standard business hours with some flexibility as needed. Pebble Beach, CA.
