Join a leading pediatric healthcare provider in Elmira, NY, as a Pediatric Physical Therapist. Our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic seeks an experienced PT passionate about pediatric rehabilitation and developmental therapy. Offering $70,000-$100,000 annually, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans for developmental delays, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries
• Provide therapeutic interventions including developmental training, neuromuscular re-education, and sensory integration
• Document patient progress using electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare teams
• Engage in family education and home exercise program development
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

• Active New York State Physical Therapy License (or eligible)
• Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification (required within 90 days)
• Strong knowledge of pediatric development and rehabilitation techniques
• Experience with developmental delay treatment protocols
• Physical demands: ability to lift 30 lbs. independently, 150 lbs. with assistance
• Excellent communication skills for patient/family interaction
