Pediatric Occupational Therapist -  Suwanee, GA

Compensation: up to $90,000 Annually

Available as Full-time or as per diem

Overview: Nexus HR is seeking an ideal Pediatric Occupational Therapist who can address complex therapeutic challenges while effectively balancing independent patient care with team collaboration.

About the Job

Must be currently licensed in Georgia. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply, as we provide supervision and mentorship. Must demonstrate the ability to work with families and caregivers to integrate therapeutic techniques into the family's interests and routines.

Must have the ability to evaluate and treat disorders and delays affecting patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their educational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory disorders, and feeding disorders
• Complete and submit accurate documentation for all corresponding treatments provided (SOAP notes, Evaluations, & Plan of Cares).
• Participate in monthly case management meetings to review goals and therapeutic progress your patients are making with other clinical disciplines/teams.
• Work under the supervision of the Allied Health Manager.
• Work in close relationship with the administrative team to provide high quality, administrative customer service.
• Abide by all confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in marketing or community awareness activities related to fulfilling the company’s goals associated with growth and awareness.

Requirements:

• GA OTR/L Licensed
• Experience working with children that have developmental delays and/or disabilities.
